Anywhere in Lebanon — every town, not only Beirut. About ten days from the day you order, because each piece is bought for you from a boutique in Istanbul once your order is confirmed. Delivery is $5 on any order, however many pieces.

Cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Nothing is taken from you before then, and there is no card to enter anywhere on this site.

We check with the atelier before your order is confirmed, not after. If your size has gone we tell you and nothing is charged — you are never sent a different size and asked to make do.

Exchange within three days of delivery, for size. Each piece is bought individually for your order rather than held in a warehouse here, so we cannot take back something that simply was not liked — which is why we would rather you asked about the measurements first. Message us and we will check them against the atelier's own chart before you order.

The sizes are exactly as each atelier writes them — some use S, M, L, some use numbers, some say Standart. We never convert one into the other, because a 38 at one atelier is not a 38 at another and guessing would put you in the wrong dress. If you are between two, ask us before ordering.

No. A piece only appears here after it has been chosen by hand and its sizes have been read from the atelier. Anything sold out is marked sold out rather than quietly left up.
