How ordering here works. Plain words, because nobody reads the other kind and a rule nobody read is not a rule.
Who you are buying from
Les Trends de Mimi, an online shop selling in Lebanon. Every piece is chosen by hand from boutique ateliers in Istanbul and bought for you after you order — we do not hold stock in a warehouse.
What an order is
Placing an order is a request, not yet a sale. We check with the atelier that your size is really there, and only then confirm it and buy it. If your size has gone we tell you and nothing is owed. Nothing is charged before that check, because nothing is charged at all until the parcel is in your hands.
Paying
Cash to the courier on delivery. There is no card payment on this site and no deposit. Prices are in US dollars and include everything except delivery, which is $5 per order however many pieces you buy.
When it arrives
About ten days, anywhere in Lebanon. It is an honest estimate rather than a promise: each piece is bought for you in Istanbul after you order and then flown here. If something is going to take longer we tell you rather than letting you wonder.
Exchanges
Within three days of delivery, for size. Message us and we will arrange it.
We cannot take back a piece simply because it was not liked, and the reason is worth saying plainly: each one is bought individually for your order rather than taken off a shelf here, so a return is a piece nobody else has asked for. That is also why we would much rather you asked about the measurements first — message us and we will check them against the atelier's own chart before you order anything.
Sizes
The sizes shown are exactly as each atelier writes them. Some use S, M, L, some use numbers, some say Standart. We never convert one into the other, because a 38 at one atelier is not a 38 at another and guessing would put you in the wrong dress.
The photographs
Every photograph on this site belongs to the atelier that made the piece, used with their agreement. Nothing here is a stock picture and nothing is generated. Please do not reuse them.
If something goes wrong
Message us. A shop this size does not have a complaints department — it has us, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
