How ordering here works. Plain words, because nobody reads the other kind and a rule nobody read is not a rule.

Les Trends de Mimi, an online shop selling in Lebanon. Every piece is chosen by hand from trusted Turkish suppliers and bought for you after you order — we do not hold stock in a warehouse.
Placing an order is a request, not yet a sale. We check with the supplier that your size is really there, and only then confirm it and buy it. If your size has gone we tell you and nothing is owed. Nothing is charged before that check, because nothing is charged at all until the parcel is in your hands.
Two ways: cash to the courier on delivery, or Whish from your own app. A cash order is confirmed straight away; a Whish order is confirmed once the transfer reaches us, and until then it sits as pending and nothing is bought. There is no card form on this site and no card is stored. Prices are in US dollars and include everything except delivery, which is $5 per order however many pieces you buy.
Around 10–12 days, anywhere in Lebanon. It is an honest estimate rather than a promise: each piece is bought for you in Istanbul after you order and then flown here. If something is going to take longer we tell you rather than letting you wonder.
Three steps, on the order page and in your account.
Confirmed — for cash, straight away. For Whish, once your transfer has reached us. Until then the order reads Pending payment and nothing has been bought.
Shipping — bought for you and on its way to Lebanon. Around 10–12 days. It says Shipped once the courier has it.
Delivered — in your hands. For a cash order, you pay the courier then.
It happens: these are small Turkish suppliers and something can sell out in Istanbul between you ordering and us buying. We message you the same day, and you choose — another size, another colour, a different piece, or your money back in full. You are never charged for something we cannot get, and nothing is substituted without you saying so.
There are none. All sales are final: we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed.
The reason is worth saying plainly. Each piece is bought individually from the supplier for your order rather than taken off a shelf here, so a return is a piece nobody else has asked for. The pieces are true to size — order the size you normally wear.
Two exceptions, and they are narrow on purpose.
If we cannot get what you ordered, you are never charged for it. See above — that one is ours, not yours.
If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will put it right — a replacement or your money back for that piece. This is not a change of mind and it is not a size that did not suit; it is a piece that is not the one you bought.
The sizes shown are exactly as each supplier writes them. Some use S, M, L, some use numbers, some say Standart. We never convert one into the other, because a 38 at one supplier is not a 38 at another and guessing would put you in the wrong dress.
Every photograph on this site belongs to the supplier that made the piece, used with their agreement. Nothing here is a stock picture and nothing is generated. Please do not reuse them.
We ship to the Gulf, Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia. Anywhere else is not open yet — if your country is not in the list at checkout, message us on Instagram and we will ask the courier.
Paid before it is sent. There is no cash on delivery outside Lebanon. An international order is paid by Whish transfer first, and it is not bought or dispatched until the money has reached us.
Shipping is charged per piece — a price for the first piece that depends on the country, and $20 for each further piece. You see the exact figure in your basket before you pay, and it changes as you add or remove a piece.
How long. About ten days to buy your pieces and prepare the parcel, and then it travels with DHL. Transit time depends on the destination and on customs, which is why we give you a tracking number rather than a date we cannot keep.
Customs, duties and taxes are yours. Anything your country charges to bring a parcel in is paid by whoever receives it, not by us, and it is separate from what you paid here. Some goods are restricted in some countries; if a parcel is held or refused by customs, that is outside what we can control.
Customs, the courier, and an supplier that is slower than usual are all outside our hands. We tell you as soon as we know. A delay of this kind is not in itself a reason for money back — but if a piece never arrives at all, that is our problem and you are refunded.
These terms are governed by the law of Lebanon, and anything that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Beirut. Wherever you are buying from, that is the law that applies to the sale.
If the law where you live gives you a right these terms do not mention, you still have it. Nothing here is meant to take away a protection the law gives you.
We may change this page. The version and date at the top say which wording is current, and the version you agreed to is recorded with your order — so a change made afterwards does not apply to something you have already bought.
